Rockwood Marina + RV Resort

The 43-acre development, located near Tom Fuller Memorial Park in Rockwood, Tennessee, includes a marina and RV campground, 204 covered boat slips, boat ramps, a fuel platform, a swimming beach, fishing piers, parking spaces, water intakes, and riprap.

LGA collaborated closely with the Client to design new facilities for the resort including a new bathhouse with an adjoining pool and pavilion, a centralized check-in building, a combination convenience store/restaurant, a spacious playground area, and a fuel platform to service both visitors and marina guests.
