Southeastern Retina Associates

This new 6,200 SF Medical Office Building is the first freestanding building designed for Southeastern Retina Associates of Morristown, TN – an ophthalmology care provider specializing in state-of-the-art treatment and surgery for diseases of the retina and vitreous. With numerous existing locations in the Southeast, the construction of this facility represents a moment of critical growth for SRA and the first opportunity to develop an identity for the practice through architecture. The image of the facility is designed to be consistent with the high-tech services the group provides.

For the benefit of SRA’s patients, especially those whose eyes are recently dilated, great care was given to controlling the quality and quantity of natural light entering the building while still allowing the facility a contemporary and fresh spatial experience.
