This past year, LGA teamed up with Habitat for Humanity of Cleveland, TN to bring a new subdivision to the Cleveland community. The subdivision, called Morelock Meadows, is named so in honor of former board president Jeff Morelock, and it will be a welcome addition to the area.

The subdivision will consist of 6 buildings – two quadplex buildings, two triplex buildings, and two single-family homes. They will be set on property across from Blythe-Bower Elementary School and Avery Johnson Park, and over the course of 3 years, they will become functional living spaces for 16 new families. This opportunity gives families a new beginning and hope for their futures.

Each quadplex building will consist of both 1,347 SF two-story units and 875 SF single-story units, and contains two of each. The triplex buildings will similarly have two-story and single-story units. The two-story units in the triplex are an equivalent 1,347 SF, and the single-story units are 831 SF. The final two homes will be one-level, 1,291 SF single-family homes.
