Halls High School Exterior Upgrades

LGA was selected to work with Knox County Schools and help provide exterior upgrades to Halls High School in Knoxville, TN.  Built in 1969, the school had only received minor renovations and upgrades to the façade over its 54-year lifespan.  To remedy this, Knox County Schools tasked LGA with designing an updated, modern feel to this aging facility.

LGA provided new exterior upgrades to the core spaces, classrooms, and gymnasium buildings, including a full building masonry deep-clean, powdercoated plate steel banding, and vertical single-skin metal panel cladding over existing precast planks. New insulated glazing was installed throughout both buildings, replacing the original energy-inefficient single-pane windows.
