Brookview Town Centre

Blue Ridge Development of Knoxville and Shuler Properties of Atlanta teamed with Lewis Group Architects to design and construct Brookview Town Centre. Based on a pedestrian-friendly, “town square” concept, this master plan calls for a 15-acre, mixed use, commercial development in Knoxville’s Bearden Business District.  The centre consists of a six-story office building, nearly 80,000 sq. ft. of “high end” retail and restaurant space, a 120-room hotel, and a multi-level parking garage. The main approach to the town centre occurs on Northshore Drive at a three-lane bridge over Fourth Creek.

The main street promenade, provided with sidewalks and traditional street furnishings, winds through a landscaped garden entry before terracing up through several retail blocks and culminating at the fountain, hotel, and office building. One of the city’s greenways also passes through the site, taking advantage of the creekside landscape and architecture of the town centre.
