It has long been the goal for Lewis Group Architects to engage in work that brings value to the communities we work, live, and play in. Jefferson County is one such community whom we hold very dear to our hearts.

Our partnership with the Jefferson County Nursing Home (JCNH) Board of Directors, Administration, and staff began 14 long years ago and has only grown since.

In 2006, LGA and JCNH partnered with THE GREEN HOUSE® Project to design the first Green House Project in the state of Tennessee. This national brand provides state-of-the-art “small homes that return control, dignity, and a sense of well-being to elders, while providing high-quality, personalized care.” Our partnership continued to grow with JCNH in 2018 with renovations to Jefferson Park at Dandridge. And now, our most recent project within the Jefferson County community is the design of Jefferson Park at White Pine which will continue the community-like setting by again implementing the “Green House” way of life. It has been and continues to be our distinct privilege to partner with their team to design spaces of comfort and community for the seniors of JeffersonCounty.

This year, Jefferson County Nursing Home received great accolade in an article by Newsweek.com naming the nursing facility one of the Top 3 Nursing Homes in TN and one of the top elder care facilities in the nation!

We want to congratulate the entire team at Jefferson County Nursing Home on receiving this honor and look forward to joining with them on whatever may come next!

Founded in 1982 by Jerry W.
